Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept PayPal and Clearpay.
Please note that we do not store credit card details and do not share customer information with any third parties.
Order Tracking
Standard orders are subject to a 1–2 working day processing period (unless a nominated delivery service has been selected). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please add support@kionii.com to your safe sender list to ensure tracking emails do not go to your junk folder. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address at checkout. Failure to do so may prevent order confirmation and tracking emails from being received.
Processing Times
Processing times typically range from 3–5 working days.
Please note:

Pre-order and custom items may take up to 30 days to process for UK orders.

International orders may require additional time due to extended shipping timeframes.

Orders containing pre-order or custom items will be shipped together in one package once all items are ready.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you are using the correct payment method before completing your purchase.
This policy applies to all jewellery and accessories.
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically for you.
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept jewellery returns. All custom and personalised pieces are final sale.
Shipping Policy
If your order has been dispatched and our delivery partners are unable to deliver it, the parcel may be deemed lost in transit. Additionally, if tracking shows the parcel as “delivered” but you have not received it, it may also be considered lost.
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact our customer service team at support@kionii.com so we can investigate. If a loss is suspected, a claim must be raised with the courier.
Please note:

Courier claims can take up to 30 days to process from the date the parcel is identified as lost.

During the claims process, we are unable to issue refunds or resend orders.

Once a claim is concluded, any action taken will be strictly based on the courier’s final decision, which cannot be overridden.
International Orders
Once an international order arrives in the destination country, Kionii is no longer responsible for the parcel. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with your local postal service.
Returned Parcels
We are unable to automatically resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners.
If your order is returned:

You will be refunded for the item total only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was due to an error on our shipping label.

If you wish to have the item resent, you will be required to pay for re-delivery.

For personalised items, re-delivery costs will always be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Orders

Please be aware that processing time could take between 3 - 5 days. However, pre-orders or custom orders can take up to 30 days (UK orders) for international orders, please allow extra time, due to international shipping time frames. This is stated on the particular product/item. Items that are ordered with pre-order / custom items will be posted together in one package.
Returns/Exchange Policy
At the moment we don't accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.
This includes ALL jewellery and homeware orders.
Please Note: Personalised orders cannot be refunded or returned due to it is specialised to you.

Shipping Policy
If your order has been shipped but our delivery partners have failed to deliver, your order could be lost in transit. If your tracking has been marked as delivered but you have not received your parcel your order could also be deemed as lost.
If you have not received your parcel you will need to contact our customer service team via email on support@kionii.com so we can look into this. If we suspect your parcel is in fact lost we will need to raise a claim with the courier service. Claims can take up to 30 days to process from the point of us recognising that the parcel is lost. Once the claim has been submitted this can take up to 30 days to conclude. During the claims process, we will be unable to resend your order or issue you a refund. Once a claim has been concluded we will only be able to take action based on the outcome of the claim. The outcome of the claim is a final decision and cannot be overridden.
Regarding international orders, once your order has landed in your country Kionii does not take responsibility for post. You must take this up with your country's postal service. You can visit www.postoffice.com to continue your tracking progress.
We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners.
