How To Pay

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Please note we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Tracking Orders

Standard orders are subject to a 2-3 day processing time (unless you have selected a nominated delivery service). Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number. You can also track your order here.
Please add to ensure that your tracking email does not go to your Junk folder. Also ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order otherwise this will prevent the confirmation and tracking email from reaching you. If it has been more than 4 working days (Please allow this timeframe during busy sale periods) since you placed your order please check your Junk/Spam folder otherwise contact us here with your full order name so we can help you.

Processing Time

Please be aware that processing time could take between 2 - 3 days. However, please note that pre-orders or custom orders can take up to 30 days, this is stated on the particular product/item.

  • Orders are subject to 2-3 days processing time. After which the following delivery timeframes apply. Please note: Items are posted Monday – Thursday. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

Returns/Exchange Policy

No returns or exchanges.
All sales final!
Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.
This includes ALL homeware orders and jewellery orders!
We DO NOT accept Jewellery back for returns, For sanitary reasons.

Shipping Policy

KIONII isn’t responsible for any lost or damaged items.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the Royal Mail. KIONII is not responsible for packages that state have been delivered.
Regarding International orders once your order has landed in your country KIONII does not take responsibility on post, you must take this up with your countries postal service you can visit to continue your tracking progress.  

Christmas Deliveries 

During the Holiday season, packages maybe slightly delayed due to this time period please allow extra few days for your items to be delivered.

The last dates we recommend for you to place your order to get it on time for Christmas are listed below.
