Infographic Designer

After an amazing year of growth we are looking for a part-time freelance content creator with a serious talent for creating clear, engaging and shareable infographics with an awareness of current events, especially within the BAME community. You will be involved in developing our Kionii official and Kionii Foundation content reporting into the Brand and Communication Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
Working within our marketing team to create outstanding infographics.
Working from briefs and using copy and subjects from the Brand manager and other freelancers.
Coming to the table with imaginative ideas on how best to present these ideas.
Using a variety of styles within a theme to create content to be used in our social platforms, website and newsletter ensuring brand standards are met and the content is still varied enough to engage our community.
Using the Adobe suite to create graphics.
Who you are professional:
A recent graduate or undergraduate in Graphic Design / Design / Illustration (2nd year and above) or have proof of applicable work experience.
Have examples of your professional / published infographics and graphic design.
Undaunted by political or complicated subject matter.
Able to work quickly and to tight deadlines. You must also be adaptable as you will be covering current, developing briefs.
In love with social media with a solid understanding of each platform including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, websites and email.
Knowledge of Office and Adobe suite is essential along with examples of your work.
Be able to work from a brief and bring your own ideas to the team, you must be able to take direction and feedback to ensure your work is in line with the company’s KPI’s.
An interest and understanding of issues affecting the BAME community and examples of work relating to this would be very advantageous.
Social justice / charitable involvement is a bonus.
Who you are personally:
Self-starter and super organised.
We will of course support you in every way we can but you must be self motivated and disciplined with your own time as this is a remote role.
Passionate about communication, eloquent and have a good sense of humour.
Love ideas and creativity.
Obsessed with jewellery! You’ll fit right in with all of us 😅
What we can offer you:
6 hours a week, with potential to grow your role.
£15 per hour freelance contract.
Flexible working, we do have set deadlines but how you structure your hours to get your assignments done is totally up to you.

1. Introduction
The Order Protection Service is an optional add-on provided by Kionii to safeguard customer orders against loss or damage during transit. By selecting this service at checkout for £1.99 per order, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
2. What the Order Protection Covers
If the Order Protection Service is purchased, Kionii will:
• Replace the item(s) at no additional cost if lost in transit before delivery confirmation.
• Replace the item(s) at no additional cost if damaged during transit before delivery confirmation.
• Provide priority customer support for order-related issues.
3. What the Order Protection Does Not Cover
The Order Protection does not apply in the following situations:
• Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier but claimed as undelivered.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
• Damage occurring after successful delivery.
• Items returned due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
4. Orders Without Order Protection
If a customer chooses not to purchase the Order Protection Service, Kionii will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels once dispatched. In such cases, the customer must file a claim directly with the courier.
5. Claims Process
Customers who have purchased Order Protection and experience loss or damage must:
1. Contact Kionii within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
2. Provide relevant order details, including tracking information and proof of damage (if applicable).
3. Allow Kionii up to 5 business days to assess the claim and process a replacement.
6. General Terms
• Kionii reserves the right to deny a claim if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The Order Protection Service fee (£1.99) is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
• This service applies to UK orders only, unless otherwise stated.
